Furniture Industry Polyurethane
Two component polyurethane systems designed for furniture industry. Because of its heat and mechanical resistance, it is more favourable compared to wood material. The system is an environmentally friendly polyurethane product.
Properties
- Generally 700-1000 kg/m3 density products is available for these systems.
- Since the product does not expands, it makes possible open silicone mould usage.
- Easy extraction from the mould is one of the biggest advantage of the product which give oppurtunity of rapid production.
- 70-80 0C heat resistance
- Because of low viscosity, it can spread easily and filler can be added to system.
